Intermediate Fleet Management
This is a four day residential course (two modules of two days each) designed to
strengthen the skills and knowledge of fleet managers who have been managing a fleet “hands-on” for at least 18 months or so. The course covers the most important areas of the modern day fleet department and control of grey fleet.

Employees who have previously attended our Basic Fleet Management Course

Employees who have some experience of fleet operations in a full
time capacity of approximately 2 years or more

Those involved in fleets undergoing significant change

Employees who have only been employed in one part of fleet
management, and are now assuming wider responsibilities.
We try and ensure
that there is a good delegate mix on each course from both Public and
Private sectors as delegates get great benefit of from sharing their experience and expertise. In addition to

their fellow delegates over the long term.
