Consultancy
Fleet Audit's principal business activity is the
strategic operational reviews of clients' fleet operations. These
can be focussed on a single element of the fleet operation, such as
funding, risk assessments or policy rewrites, or a complete
ground-up review encompassing all areas that affect the fleet
operations.
A consultancy audit will
typically involve one or more Consultants attending the client's
premises to interview key management and staff, and collect all the
necessary fleet data that may exist. The information collected is then analysed in detail
utilising bespoke computer applications to assess optimal
funding solutions, CO2 emissions mapping, etc.
The appointed Consultant maintains regular contact with the client throughout
the project for data collection, progress reporting and final report delivery. The main deliverable
is usually a fully detailed report, spelling out the recommendations and
action lines needed to achieve the savings On
